Do you ship internationally?

Not yet.

Do you require a minimum purchase?

No, we do not have a minimum purchase requirement. There is no minimum purchase amount on all orders. In addition, you will not be charged additional drop ship fees if several products are sent to the same address.

Can I get a discount for quantities?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 14 days from the date of the delivery. We must be notified of the defect within 5 days of the product delivery, otherwise return policy is voided, no exceptions. Products with Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 14 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!

All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refused Delivery:
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways).

Defective Items:
A customer must return merchandise at their expense (shipping cost) within 14 days from the date of delivery with prior Return Merchandise Authorization number. If an exchange is not requested at the issuing time of the RMA an automatic store credit will be applied once merchandise is returned back to the warehouse.

If the item has been received at our warehouse after 14 days of the delivery, at our discretion, we will either accept return and 50% restocking fee will apply or the merchandise will be returned back to the customer at their expense for all shipping and handling costs.

All reimbursements are done in the form of company credit which can be used towards new orders.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, except when we indicate on the product page a longer delivery timeframe.

How do I track my packages that have been shipped?

Once the package is shipped a tracking number will be posted in your account.

You will also receive an email notification.

How do you calculate shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be determined at checkout.

Which shipping method do you offer?

We ship with UPS/USPS.

What is the delivery time for orders?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your destination. Please refer to UPS/USPS time in transit information for each shipping option.

Do you collect sales tax?

Yes, we collect sales tax of 6% plus county tax when a shipment goes to a Florida destination.

Do you ship all your products?

No, only a small part of our products are available for drop ship.

Do I need to have a seller's permit?

Yes, we require our members to have a reseller's permit.

Is there a drop-shipping fee per order?

Yes, we do charge a small drop-shipping fee per shipment. If the value of the order is $2 or below then we charge $0.99 otherwise we charge $2.99.
